These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the products, services, and websites operated by Appavate Limited ("Appavate", "we", "us", "our"), a company incorporated in New Zealand. By accessing or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of all data you enter into our services. We will handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of data entered into our services. While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, we cannot guarantee against data loss.
